Great location near shopping and dining options, with a nice view of the river from some apartments. Two pools available for use and secure parking on site. Diligent staff working to resolve issues with the room. Comfortable beds and bedding provided for a good night's rest.

the room was spacious, and the private facilities were top-notch. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were amazing and the sun terrace was perfect for relaxing.

Despite this, the service was overall great and I had an enjoyable stay.

For my recent trip to Parramatta, I decided to stay at Meriton Suites on Church Street. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and beautiful design of the apartment. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the living space was filled with natural light. The 180-degree views from the sky suite were absolutely stunning, especially with a great view of the harbor bridge for New Year's Eve. The gym was well-equipped and clean, and the sauna was a wonderful addition. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was super close to many restaurants that were open till late, and even the stadium. it was easy to walk to from Parramatta station. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and it had great facilities, including parking and transportation options. The staff was also very friendly and cute, making the overall experience even better.

The location of the hotel is great, right near a variety of fantastic restaurants. It is also conveniently close to transportation options, such as trains and rivercat, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are well-equipped and offer excellent views. The service provided is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

Limited available parking spaces can be a downside, especially when returning late at night.

My room was clean, spacious and modern. The location was great for exploring the city and restaurants.

The location on a steep slope made it a great exercise for the legs, however, not ideal for someone with mobility issues. The view from the apartment was beautiful with stunning city views. The hotel was central to everything in general and close to restaurants and cinema. The service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional.

The maid service was inconsistent and intrusive, coming into the room despite a 'do not disturb' sign. This, combined with a lack of TV options, tiny pool, extra parking fees, and dingy bedding, made for a less than satisfactory stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to many attractions in the area. The friendly and helpful reception staff were a bonus, making our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. We also appreciated the well-maintained gym and pool facilities, which allowed us to relax and stay active.

Our experience was marred by a few negative aspects. the housekeeping service was disappointing.

The view from our apartment was fine, with a beautiful riverside panorama that stretched all the way to the city. The location was perfect, with plenty of great cafes and restaurants right at our doorstep. Plus, the staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay nice.
